Our Story
A Honduran-led ministry, grounded in faith and community relationships.
Locally founded. Locally led.
ComFe Honduras was founded by Pastor Elvin Cerna. Its work grows from relationships with the families, children, older adults and community leaders it serves.
Faith, compassion and practical action guide the ministry’s response to needs identified within its communities.
Founder biography and timeline await confirmation by Pastor Elvin.
One mission. A partnership across borders.
ComFe Honduras is the Honduran ministry responsible for its local programs and community relationships.
Compassion and Faith Ministries (USA) is a separate U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports ComFe Honduras through fundraising, donor engagement and stewardship. The U.S. organization did not found or take over the Honduran ministry.
Partnership language is draft copy requiring approval by both organizations.
